  • Andrew Willis, Regulatory and Development consultant with in excess of 28 years of experience. Previous roles has seen him act as global head of regulatory affairs, creating business and marketing strategies for complex development projects. Andrew is providing training for all major companies in CMC Regulatory and Advanced Regulatory Affairs, Quality By Design, Global Module 3 Requirements and Optimizing the Life of Your Products. Specializing in Lifecycle management, creation of new line extensions and development strategies to maximize return on investment. Implemented Lean Six Sigma concepts into Regulatory Affairs departments.
  • Martin Kunc, PhD (LBS) has been an independent consultant with projects in Pharmaceuticals (Zeneca, Sandoz and other), previously consultant at Arthur Andersen. Martin has 15 year experience in strategic modelling for evaluating strategic decisions in pricing and product performance management, marketing strategy, performance measurement systems and supply chain. Martin has also taught in diverse business schools in the UK and Latin America.
  • Ross Kazakov is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, applying systems thinking in dynamic resource management and strategy optimisation. He has an MBA from UK and has gained 10 year experience in projects related to pricing and reimbursement strategy, marketing and business development, finance and investor relations, market access and regulatory policy development.
